Plastic woven valve bags are widely used in all kinds of building materials, chemical powder or particles, carbon black nanoscale powder, up to 2 to 4 layers. The inner layer can use PE or PP coated paper for moisture protection. Holes can be punched for exhaust.
Plastic woven bags coated with film are widely used for chemical, building materials coating and can be filled with general powder, nano powder, particles, etc.The finished product is 450-910 in length, 350-600 in width, and 80-180 in bottom width. Ultra-fine holes can be punched, with 64 holes per 1 cm2, and the diameter of each hole is 0.62mm.
Open-mouth square bottom bags, also known as open-mouth valve bags, adopt the traditional filling method, and the mouth can be sutured after filling. It is widely used in the food industry. Applicability: powder, particles, food additives or chemical raw materials. 2 to 4 layers may be used.

The bag can be made one to six layers according to customer requirements for strengh, printing and bag making are done simultaneously The opening and bottom sealing methods are divided into heat seal, paper seal and valve seal.
